Jet Steel Grain Hopper Trailers lead the category with their patented Rounded Hopper Bottom and Rounded Slopes. They’re considered the easiest industry trailer to unload, with no 90° corners for product to hang-up. Even traditionally sticky products, such as DDGs and Bean Meal, clean out easily with out requiring a vibrator or knock rails to start material flow. Jet’s patented Easy Open Ramp and Bevel Door design means easy grain door operation. In fact, it’s the only steel grain trailer available that uses the weight of the load to aid in opening the hopper door. This dramatically reduces the amount of force required to open the door when the trailer is fully loaded. Jet Steel Grain Hopper Trailers are purposely designed and intended to take the stress of farm use, both in and out of the field.

Patented ramp and bevel design. When the door closes, it rests on a ramp above the rollers. When you unlock the door, gravity becomes friendly and the weight of the grain helps open the door. The door has beveled to give the grain a surface to push against for further assistance. The Grain Door Rollers are made from a synthetic nylon for improved wear resistance and very low maintenance. The rounded design of the hopper acts like a funnel when the grain door is opened. This patented feature allows for a easier flow of material out of the trailer, especially high moisture materials including Dry Distillers Grain (DDGs) and Bean Meal.

The slope sheets are suspended from the top rail and are not fastened to the exterior side wall of the trailer. This patented feature allows the hopper and slopes to move freely with minimal stress on the exterior sidewall of the trailer

The position of the hoppers are offset instead of centered, the design allows for more weight to be carried on the truck and this patented feature allows for more overall bushels in the trailer per load.

Standard Wall Height is 68”. Extended Wall height of 80” is optional.

Aluminum ladders are mounted to the sloped front and rear ends which allow for safer climbing.

Electric Tarp with remote control is standard. Color is black, alternate colors are optional. Easy off stops allow for easy removal of the tarp for repairs if necessary.

Air Ride Suspensions are available to help with the ride of the trailer. Available in single and tandem axles.
-Lift Axles are available on air ride suspension trailers and are either regulated or non regulated lift axles with control box.
-Aluminum wheels reduce weight of the trailer by 35 lbs per wheel.
-Tire Options include 11R24.5 Radial Tires or Wide Base Single Tires. Re-capped tires are also available.

Installed in a weather resistant enclosure on the road side of the trailer by the front axle. Gauge reads pressure from the airbags. Filled with shock absorbing liquid to protect the gauge from vibration. Manual dump valve quickly releases the air from the air bags on the suspension.
