For 10+ years, Jet Company has been manufacturing boat transport and marine lowboy trailers designed to fit our customers’ specific needs. These trailers have the capacity to haul multiple boats to dealerships. In addition, the main deck is incredibly low to the ground, and significantly optimizes overhead clearance of the load. Two Fabricated High Strength Steel I-Beams. Automatically Welded, top, bottom, and both sides, upper deck, neck, and lower deck are all one continuous welded assembly.
Steel: Structural High Strength 4” I-Beam, welded to the main beam, on 16", 14” or 12” centers standard.
Steel: 6" steel channel, 8.2 lbs./ft.
Steel: 3/8" x 2" steel.
Spaced 24" apart with pipe-spool. ID 1-5/8" x 3-7/16" is common, other spacing and configurations available.
15” setting standard. Other settings available.
30” rear axle setting standard. Hub Pilot, Axle Beam ratings: 22,500 lb rating for spring suspensions, 24,000 lb rating for air ride suspensions

Common options are 11R22.5 Radial Tires or Wide Base Single Tires, other options available.
Regulates correct and equal tire pressure across all tires. Controls two axles. Triple axles will require and second system.
Installed in a weather resistant enclosure on the road side of the trailer by the front suspension. Reads pressure from the airbags. Filled with shock absorbing liquid to protect the gauge from vibration.
Manual dump valve with liquid filled air gauge in a sealed enclosure
Allows for storage of a spare wheel and tire
Lower deck heights are optional if increased overall head clearance is required.
Slanted angle neck of 17º or 45º for easier use of the top deck.
Twist locks are available for container securing
Sliding whinches can be mounted the either the road or the curb side of the trailer on the side rails.
Straps can be added for load securement.
Rope hooks can be added for load securement.
Recessed tie downs retract into the deck when not in use.
D-Rings can be added to the main or upper deck at custom locations.
