Jet Platform and Flatbed trailers have been a leader in strength and performance for more than 20 years. The trailer starts with our steel beams. Each beam is a continuous one-piece assembly that is automatically welded on both sides. The trailer capacity is a function of the beam depth and flange size, and is dependent on the max load you intend to trailer.

We manufacture Platforms and Flatbeds as both steel and aluminum combination trailers. Custom trailers are designed are engineered with you, for your specific needs. Please refer to the Compsoite Aluminum Flatbed Trailer page here for more information on that specific trailer.

Manufactured in standard widths of 96" or 102", and lengths of 45', 48', and 53' with typically a 10' 1" spread tandem axle setup.

Two Fabricated High Strength Steel I-Beams. Automatically Welded, top, bottom, and both sides.

Steel: Structural High Strength 4” I-Beam, welded to the main beam, on 16", 14” or 12” centers standard.

Side Rail - 6" steel channel.
Rub Rail - 3/8" x 2" steel.
Stake Pockets - Spaced 24" apart with pipe-spool. ID 1-5/8" x3-7/16" is common, other spacing and configurations available.

30” setting standard. Other settings available.

Air Ride, Rated @ 25,000# with ABS, available in closed tandem (49”) or 10'1" spread. Optional Spring suspension available in closed tandems.

Flooring is 1-1/8" apitong wood.

Trailer Knee Braces are located approximately on 4' centers, supporting outside rail, primarily located between the landing legs and the suspension.

Lights are bullet style clearance and marker, Side turn signal, 4” round tail light, license plate light. Long lasting, Reduced maintenance, very bright. Factory sealed wire harness with internal ground to reduce corrosion and maintenance.

Trailer is cleaned and chemically treated with a corrosion resistant material for a black finish.

Axle configuration options include single, closed tandem, tandem spread, triple, triple spread, quadrupedal, or other options.

Either regulated or non regulated lift axles with control box. Can be installed for any axle in several combinations (Front, Middle and/or Rear)

Slider boxes are optional or closed tandems. Also the front or the rear axle can install as a slider on a tandem 10' 1” spread.

Lighter weight than the standard axle and suspension mount.

Disc Brakes are an available option to the standard drum brake.

Light weight and a better visual appearance. Available in Standard or Extra Polish

Common options are 8.25 x 24.5 or Wide Base Single Wheels, other sizes or colors available.

Common options are 11R24.5 Radial Tires or Wide Base Single Tires, other options available.

Regulates correct and equal tire pressure across all tires. Controls two axles. Triple axles will require and second system.

Installed in a weather resistant enclosure on the road side of the trailer by the front suspension. Reads pressure from the airbags. Filled with shock absorbing liquid to protect the gauge from vibration.

A bulkhead can be added to the front of the trailer. either bolted on or mounted in welded stake pockets.

Allows for storage of a spare wheel and tire

Main Beam, Crossmembers, and kneebraces can be configured for heavy concentrated loads such as steel coils.

Aluminum tool boxes can be mounted outside the main beam.

Twist locks are available for container securing

Sliding whinches can be mounted the either the road or the curb side of the trailer on the side rails.

Straps can be added for load securement.

Rope hooks can be added for load securement.

Recessed tie downs retract into the deck when not in use.

D-Rings can be added to the main or upper deck at custom locations.

Multiple configurations to increase the trailer visibility in the dark. Please contact your sales rep about options.

Three tail lights are standard. Four are optional. Increases the trailer visibility from the rear.

Stocking colors are black, slate gray and red, or custom matching is possible.
